            Give Users Access to Trigger On-Demand Flows

            Before triggering on-demand flows, give the triggering user access to the flow.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To grant user access to flows: Manage Flow

            Open the flows list view.
            • From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
            • From the Automation app, select the Flows tab.
            1. Click the actions menu dropdown for your on-demand flow and select Edit Access.
              The Edit Access button is only available for active flows.
            2. Move the profile of the triggering user to the Enabled Profiles list.
            3. Click Save.
