Give Users Access to Trigger On-Demand Flows

Before triggering on-demand flows, give the triggering user access to the flow.

User Permissions Needed
To grant user access to flows:	Manage Flow

Note You don't need to be an admin to have the Manage Flow permission. Ask your admin to add it to your profile or permission set.

Open the flows list view.

Click the actions menu dropdown for your on-demand flow and select Edit Access.
The Edit Access button is only available for active flows.
Move the profile of the triggering user to the Enabled Profiles list.
Click Save.
