Create event-triggered flows that automatically respond to business events, such as customer orders, SMS signups, or service level changes. Choose from provided triggers, define custom triggers using Data 360, real-time data graphs, or create triggers with engagement signals.

For example, an automation event-triggered flow can automatically send a welcome email with a discount code when a customer subscribes to your newsletter.
To create a custom automation event with engagement signals, select Make This Engagement Signal Available in Flows when creating an engagement signal. The engagement signal appears as an event in the event library. Custom automation events created from engagement signals are available only in Marketing Cloud Advanced Edition.
