Create Flow Approval Process Action
Create a draft flow approval process with the specified criteria.
Required Editions

Special Access Rules
- You must have Flow Approval Processes enabled to use this action.
- To run this action, the you must have the Manage Flow, Modify All Data, or Approval Designer permission.
In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the New Action window, search for Create Flow Approval Process, and then select Create Flow Approval Process.
Set Input Values
Use values from earlier in the flow to set the inputs for the action.

| Final Actions | Optional. A Boolean value that indicates whether to add elements to run final actions. |
| Flow Approval Process API Name | Required. The unique API name for the flow approval process. |
| Flow Approval Process Label | Required. The label for the flow approval process. |
| Recall Path | Optional. A Boolean value that indicates whether to add a path that's run if the flow approval process is recalled. |
| Stage Count | Required. The number of stages to add to the flow approval process. Valid values are 1 to 20. |
Store Output Values

| Flow Approval Process Version ID | The version ID of the flow approval process that was created. |
Usage
This action is available in flow running API version 64.0 and later.
This action can’t be run from a record-triggered flow.
The maximum number of flow approval processes that can be created at a time is 10 flow approval processes.
