Get AI-generated recommendations based on the provided context, and then save the
recommendations as AI-generated action items. This action is used in the Get AI Recommendations
from Call Transcripts flow as part of Agentforce Pipeline Management.
In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the New Action window, search
for AI-Generated Recommendations, and then select Get
AI-Generated Recommendations.
Set Input Values
Use values from earlier in the flow to set the inputs for the action.

Bot Version ID
Required. The version ID of the agent.
Agent Bot ID
Required. The ID of the agent.
Recommendation Limit
The maximum number of recommendations the invocable action can process and save as
AI-generated action items in a single run.
Parent Record ID
Required. The ID of the parent record that identifies what object to generate
recommendations for.
Agent User ID
Required. The ID of the agent user that owns the AI-generated action item
record.

Usage
The Get Opportunity Stage Details action is a part of the Get AI Recommendations from Call
Transcripts flow. It’s primarily used with Agentforce Pipeline Management.
Limitations
This action is limited to usage within a flow. It can’t be invoked through other methods such
as Apex, REST API, Agentforce, Prompt Studio, or Einstein Bots. While actions can typically be
invoked through frameworks such as InvocableActionService, this specific action is restricted to
flows.
