Get Content Note Action

Get the most recent content note data for a specified record. This action is available in flows running API version 64.0 and later.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
View supported editions.

In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the Action panel, search for Content Note, and then select Get Content Note.

Set Input Values

Use values from earlier in the flow to set the inputs for the action.

Field Description
Content Note ID Required. The ID of the content note record to retrieve data from.

Store Output Values

Field Description
Content A plain text string that contains the content note data for the specified record.

Usage

The Get Content Note action is a part of the Get Related Content Notes flow. It’s primarily used with Agentforce Sales Management. All flows are supported, including screen flows, schedule-triggered flows, and record-triggered flows.
