          Transform Query for Case Action

          This action generates a natural language query for retrieval based on the case details, language, and additional context.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          View supported editions.

          This action is available in flows running API version 62.0 and later.

          In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the Search Actions window, enter Transform Query, and then select Transform Query for Case.

          Set Input Values

          Use values from earlier in the flow to generate a query based on a required case, with optional details and language settings.

          Field Description
          Case Details

          Required. The details of the case to generate a query for, including the case subject and description.

          Context

          Additional context to include in the generated query, like related record IDs, the case subject, or the description associated with the current chat. The default value is an empty string.

          Query Language The ISO language code of the language to generate the query in. The default value is en.

          Store Output Values

          Output Parameter Description
          Query A summary of the generated query, containing the case details and context in the specified query language.
