This action generates a natural language query for retrieval based on the email details, language, and additional context. This action is available in flows running API version 62.0 and later.

In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the field to search actions, enter Transform Query, and then select Transform Query for Email.
Use values from earlier in the flow to generate a query based on a required email details, with optional details and language settings.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Email Details | Required. The details of the email to generate a query for, including the email subject and body text. |
| Context | Additional context to include in the generated query, like related record IDs, or email user context. The default value is an empty string. |
| Query Language | The ISO language code of the language to generate the query in. The default value is en. |
