          Real-Time Data Graph Record Change Automation Event

          Run the automation event-triggered flow when a real-time data graph data model object (DMO) or calculated insight object (CIO) is changed and meets the specified conditions.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          This feature is available in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud Growth or Advanced Edition.
          Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.

          Choose a Trigger Object

          Choose the data graph and the object that triggers the flow.

          Field Description
          Data Graph Select the Data 360 data graph that has the DMO or CIO that triggers the flow.
          Object Select the DMO or CIO in the data graph that triggers the flow.
          Note
          Note When you select a CIO as the trigger object, resource pickers in other flow elements do not show resources related to that CIO.

          Specify the Trigger Conditions

          Add one or more conditions by using fields from the DMO or CIO that you selected.

          Field Description
          Condition Requirements

          Select the logic that evaluates conditions.

          • To include values that meet all the specified criteria, select All Conditions Are Met.
          • To include values that meet any of the specified criteria, select Any Condition Is Met.
          Field The field on the trigger object that's evaluated by this condition.
          Operator The available operators depend on the data type of the specified trigger object field.
          Value Enter the field value. Field and Value in the same row must have compatible data types.

          Specify When to Trigger the Flow

          Field Description
          When to trigger the flow

          Select one of these options:

          • Every time conditions are met
          • Only the first time conditions are met
          • Every time the conditions evaluate from false to true
          Only after the user exits the flow Selecting this checkbox prevents a user from starting the flow again before completing the previous run.
