Automation Event Library

The Automation Event Library in Flow Builder lists events you can select to trigger event-triggered flows or Wait Until Event elements.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
This feature is available in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud Growth or Advanced Edition.
Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.

Events

The library currently supports these events. Custom events created from engagement signals also appear in the library. Those events require Marketing Cloud Advanced Edition.

WhatsApp Link Click A recipient clicks a link in a WhatsApp message.  
WhatsApp Delivered Message A WhatsApp message sent to a recipient is delivered.  
WhatsApp Delivery Failure A WhatsApp message sent to a recipient can't be delivered.  
WhatsApp Read A recipient reads a WhatsApp message.  
WhatsApp Response A recipient responds to a WhatsApp message.  
RCS Delivered An RCS message sent to a recipient is delivered.  
RCS Read A recipient reads an RCS message.  
RCS Failed An RCS message sent to a recipient can't be delivered.  
RCS Response A recipient responds to an RCS message.  
RCS Subscription A recipient subscribes to RCS messages.
