RCS Subscription Automation Event

Run the automation event-triggered flow when an RCS subscription event is received.

Available in: Lightning Experience

This feature is available in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud Growth or Advanced Edition.

Available in: All Editions supported by Data 360. See Data 360 edition availability.

Usage

Before you add an RCS Subscription event to your flow, configure it on the Consent tab in Marketing Cloud.

Field	Description
RCS Agent	The RCS agent used for the RCS message. This RCS agent is configured in Unified Messaging Setup.
Subscription Name	Search for the RCS subscription event that triggers the flow.
