Cancel Approval Submission Action
This action cancels an ongoing approval submission and related child approval work items.

Special Access Rules
- To use this action, you need the Approval Admin user permission.
To cancel an approval submision, go to Flow Builder, add an Action element to your Screen flow. In the New Action field, enter Cancel and select Cancel Approval Submission.
Set Input Values
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Approval Submission ID | This is a required field. ID of the approval submission that you want to cancel. |
| Comments | This is an optional field. Comments that the approval admin enters on why the submission is canceled. |
Usage
- This action requires API version 62.0 or a later version in the flow.
- You can only cancel an approval submission if it's status is In Progress or Suspended.
