Recall Approval Submission Action
Use this action to recall an ongoing approval submission.

Special Access Rules
- To use this action, you need the Approval Admin user permission.
- To run this action, you need to be a submitter of this approval submission.
To recall an approval submission, go to Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the New Action field, enter Recall and select Recall Approval Submission. This action is supported in screen flows, autolaunched flows, and record-triggered flows.
Set Input Values
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Approval Submission ID | This is a required field. ID of the approval submission to be recalled. |
| Comments | This is an optional field. Comments entered by the approval admin or approval submitter about why they recalled the approval submission. |
Usage
- This action requires API version 62.0 or a later version in the flow.
- You can only recall an approval submission if it's status is In Progress or Suspended.
