Review Approval Work Item Action
Use this action to update an approval work item status on a pending work item.

Special Access Rules
- To run this action, you need the Approval Admin user permission.
- To run this action, you must be an assignee of the approval work item, or belong to the group or queue to which the approval work item is assigned.
In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your Screen flow. In the New Action field, enter Review and select Review Approval Work Item.

| Approval Work Item ID | This is a required field. ID of the approval work item to be reviewed by the assigned approver. |
| Channel Type | This is an optional field. Type of channel where the request to review the approval work item originated. Valid values are:
The default value is InvocableAction. |
| Comments | This is an optional field. Approval comments for the decision. |
Usage
- This action requires API version 62.0 or a later version in the flow.
- You can only review an approval work item if it's status is Assigned.
- This action can also be used if inherited access to the group or queue membership, nested group membership, roles hierarchy, or delegates is available.
