User Permissions Needed
To enable the enhanced permission set list view: Manage Users
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select User Management Settings.
  2. Turn on Enhanced Permission Set List View.
  3. In the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
  4. To create a new permission set, click New Permission Set.
  5. To create a new list view, under List View Controls, select New.

When working with the Enhanced Permission Set List View, keep these considerations in mind.

  • You can't filter on user and object permissions. To filter on these permissions, disable the Enhanced Permission Set List View and use the original Permission Sets Setup page.
  • You can only search for custom permission sets, not standard permission sets.
  • You can't search, sort, or filter permission set records on the PSG count tab.
  • You can't edit, add or remove columns, delete or rename the view for All List Views.
