Manage Roles in the Enhanced Role List View

View, sort and filter user roles, and edit multiple records inline with the Enhanced Role List View.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: All Editions
User Permissions Needed
To enable the enhanced role list view: Manage Users
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users and select User Management Settings.
  2. Turn on Enhanced Role List View.
  3. In the Quick Find box, enter Roles, and then select Roles.
  4. To create a new role, click New Role.
  5. To create a new list view, under List View Controls, select New.
