          Draft a Flow with Agentforce (Beta)

          Build your flow faster and easier by letting Agentforce help you get started.

          Note
          Note Draft a Flow with Agentforce is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.
          User Permissions Needed
          To open, edit, create, activate or deactivate a flow using all flow types, elements, and features available in Flow Builder, including Einstein and Agentforce for Flow: Manage Flow

          To enable Agentforce-drafted flows and summaries, turn on Generative AI in Setup, and verify that Data 360 is provisioned and enabled in your org.

          You can also use Setup with Agentforce to work with flows more efficiently. For more information, see Setup with Agentforce and Flows in Setup with Agentforce.

          Note
          Note Agentforce for Flow creates autolaunched, record-triggered, schedule-triggered, screen, external system change-triggered flows, and flows that use connectors as actions. Creating external system change-triggered flows and flows that use connectors as actions requires specific MuleSoft for Flow user permissions and licenses. See Create MuleSoft for Flow: Integration Flows with Agentforce.
          1. To create a flow with Agentforce for the first time:
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Process Automation Settings, and then select Process Automation Settings.
            2. Select Agentforce flow automation (Beta).
            3. Save the settings.
          2. From the Flows section in Setup, click New Flow, or from the Automation app, click New.
          3. In the Use Agentforce to Help You Build (Beta) section, click Get Started (Beta).
          4. Write instructions in one of these ways.
            • To write instructions from scratch, describe what you want to automate in the Instructions field.
            • To get started with sample instructions, expand Get Started with Sample Instructions and select a sample. The sample instructions automatically appear in the Instructions field. Modify the instructions as needed.
            • To build flows triggered by external system changes or flows that use connectors as actions, create a connection to the external system and then create MuleSoft for Flow: Integration Flows with Agentforce.
          5. Click Draft with Agentforce (Beta).
          6. Check the draft flow for accuracy and safety.
          7. To provide feedback in the panel, click thumbs up or thumbs down.
          8. If the flow doesn’t meet your needs, take one of these actions.
            • Modify the flow.
            • Click Edit Instructions and modify your instructions. Then, click Create to create a flow with your updated instructions.
            • Try again in a new window by clicking Start Over in the

              Agentforce panel.

          9. Save your work.
          10. When the flow meets your needs:
            1. Debug and test the flow.
            2. Activate the flow.
