Copy Elements in Auto-Layout

Duplicate elements in your flow to reuse them in other parts of your automation.

Required Editions

User Permissions Needed
To add and manage flow elements :	Manage Flow

Note You don't need to be an admin to have the Manage Flow permission. Ask your admin to add it to your profile or permission set.

Copy elements to duplicate elements and their configurations, saving time when you need similar elements in different parts of your flow. You can copy single elements or multiple elements at a time.

Tip To copy and paste with the keyboard, select an element on the canvas, and then use Ctrl+c (Windows) or Cmd+c (macOS) to copy and Ctrl+v (Windows) or Cmd+v (macOS) to paste.

Copy and paste a single element.
1. Click on an element card to open the actions menu, and then select Copy Element.
2. In the location where you want to place the element, click , and then select Paste 1 Element.
Copy and paste multiple elements.
1. Click .
2. Click on each element that you want to copy, and then click .
3. In the location where you want to place the copied elements, click , and then click Paste Elements.
