Move Elements in Auto-Layout
Relocate elements within your flow to reorganize the flow logic and improve readability.

Note You don't need to be an admin to have the Manage Flow permission.
Ask your admin to add it to your profile or permission set.
Move elements to reorganize your flow logic. Decision and Wait elements have special considerations when moving because they can have multiple outcome paths that can contain other elements.
Note To move an element with the keyboard, select it on the canvas, cut it with Ctrl+x
(Windows) or Cmd+x (macOS), and then paste it in the new location with Ctrl+v (Windows) or
Cmd+v (macOS).

Move a Decision or Wait element.

Click
on the element card to open the actions menu, and then select Cut
Element.
- To keep the elements from a Decision outcome or Wait configuration path on the canvas after cutting, from the cut element panel dropdown, select the path that contains the elements that you want to keep.
- To cut the Decision or Wait element and all of its paths, in the cut element panel dropdown, select None, cut all paths.

To paste the cut Decision or Wait element, in the new location, hover over

Move an element other than a Decision or Wait element.

Click on the element card to open the actions menu, and then select Cut
