Use Existing MuleSoft RPA Processes with Flows

If you have existing MuleSoft RPA processes built in Anypoint Platform, you can integrate them with Salesforce Flow. Use MuleSoft RPA Manager to publish REST APIs for your existing RPA processes to Anypoint Exchange, which you can then register as external services in Salesforce and invoke from a flow.

Note Using Mulesoft RPA with Flow Builder requires a MuleSoft Automation subscription and a MuleSoft RPA user with all necessary permissions. See Anypoint Access Management RPA Permissions.

• Make a MuleSoft RPA Process Available to Flows
  Configure the connection between MuleSoft Anypoint platform and your org to import MuleSoft RPA APIs. Then, register the APIs as an external service to use them in flows.
• Invoke a MuleSoft RPA Process in a Flow
  After you make a MuleSoft RPA process available to flows, you can start and check the status of the process from a flow.
