          Add the Automation Usage Component to View Flow Dependencies

          The Automation app shows the automations that a flow version uses and the automation versions that use a flow. The Automation app uses the default Flow Version and Flow pages to show this information. If you customized either page, add the Automation Usage component and save the updated page as your org default.

          The Approvals app and the Automation app share the Orchestration Record page and the Orchestration Version Record page. Changes you make to either page affect both apps.

          1. On the navigation bar, click App Launcher icon.
          2. In the search box, enter automation, and then select Automation.
            The Automation app opens.
          3. Select the page to edit.
            1. To edit the page that shows the automation versions that use a flow, select the label of a flow.
            2. To edit the page that shows the automations that a flow version uses, select the label of a flow. Next select the Versions tab, and then click the name of any flow version.
          4. Click Gear icon, and then select Edit Page.
          5. Optional. To add the Automation Usage component to a tab, add a tab to an existing Tabs component.
            1. Select the Tabs component on the page layout.
            2. In the Tabs panel, click Add Tab.
            3. Under Tabs on the Tabs panel, click the last tab.
            4. Click the tab label, enter Usage, and then select Usage.
            5. Click Done.
          6. Drag the Automation Usage component to the page layout.
            1. To add the component to a tab in a Tabs component, select the tab you want to add the component to. In the Components list, drag the Automation Usage component to the area labeled Add Component(s) Here.
            2. To add the component to the page, in the Components list, drag the Automation Usage component to the page.
          7. Save your changes.
          8. If the Activation: Flow Record Page or Activation: Flow Version Record Page window appears, configure the default page.
            1. Select Assign as Org Default.
            2. On the Assign form factor window, select the form factor that you want the org default page to be available for, and then click Next.
            3. Review the assignment and click Save.
          9. Click the back arrow to exit Lightning App Builder.
