Flow versions can use other flows from a Subflow element, and they can use flows and
flow approval processes from an Action element. To understand the relationships between a flow
version and the automations that it uses, view the Usage tab of the Flow Version page in the
Approvals app.
To view usage details on the Flows tab in the Automation app
Manage Flow
The Uses Flows and Uses Orchestrations lists depend on whether the selected flow version
was created in your org. If Salesforce or a managed package provided the flow version, the Uses
Flows and Uses Orchestrations lists contain no items.
On the navigation bar, click .
In the search box, enter automation, and then select
Automation.
The Automation app opens.
Select the Flows tab, click a flow label, and then select the
Versions tab.
The Flow page opens and shows a list of versions for the selected flow.
Click the link of a flow version name, and then select the Usage
tab.
The tab shows the automations that the flow version uses.
