            Viewing Paused Flow Interviews

            You can view paused flow interviews on the Home page, the navigation menu in the Salesforce mobile app, or in the Automation app. You can resume paused flow interviews with a single click.

            Required Editions

            Lightning Experience Add the Paused Flow Interviews component to the appropriate Home pages.

            This component is available only for Home pages in the Lightning App Builder. It shows paused interviews that the user has read access to.

            From the Components panel in the Lightning App Builder, drag the Paused Flow Interviews component onto the Lightning page.
            Experience builder site Add the Paused Flows component to a site page.

            This component is available for most pages in Experience Builder, except for pages such as login and error pages. The component shows paused interviews that the user has read access to.

            From the Components panel in Experience builder, drag the Paused Flow component onto the Experience builder site page.

            Salesforce mobile app Add the Paused Flows item to the navigation items of any Lightning app. See Customize a Lightning App Navigation Menu in the Salesforce Mobile App.
            Salesforce Classic Add the Paused Flow Interviews related list to the appropriate home page layouts. This component shows only interviews that the user paused.
            Automation app Go to the Flows subtab under the Monitor tab. Resume a paused interview from the Details tab of the paused flow. See Monitoring and Managing Paused and Failed Flow Interviews.
