To run the listed flows, you must have Einstein generative AI enabled.
| Flow | Purpose |

| Send Content Quality Email | Sends an email to the running user if the percentage of toxicity is over the specified threshold. |
| Send Toxic Content Category Email | Sends an email to the running user if the percentage of toxic content category records is over the specified threshold. |
| Send Negative Feedback Email | Sends an email to the running user if the percentage of negative feedback is over the specified threshold. |
| Send Negative Feedback Email for Feature | Sends an email to the running user if the percentage of negative feedback is over the specified threshold for the specified feature. |
| Send Faithfulness Score Email | Sends an email to the running user if the faithfulness score is under the specified threshold. |
