In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the Action field, search for Convert Base64, and select Convert Base64 Speech To Text.

Use this action in a Flow to convert Base64-encoded audio captured from a microphone to text, and then use the generated transcription in subsequent Flow elements.
