          Explore Conversation Action

          Answer users' questions about voice or video calls based on the contents of a call transcript.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          View supported editions.

          In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the New Action window, search for Explore Conversation, and then select Explore Conversation.

          Set Input Values

          Use values from earlier in the flow to set the inputs for the action. 

          Field description
          Record ID Required. The ID of related voice or video call record to answer a question for. 
          Question Required. The question asked about the voice or video call.
          Prompt Version The prompt used when answering a voice or video call.

          Store Output Values

          Field description
          Answer A string that indicates the answer to the call question in rich text format.
          Type A string that indicates the format of the answer, such as rich text.
          Response ID A string that indicates the response ID from the LLM which is used for gathering feedback data.
          Request ID A string that indicates the request ID from the LLM which is used for gathering feedback data.

          Usage

          All flows are supported, including screen flows, schedule-triggered flows, and record-triggered flows.

          Limitations

          The calling user must have access to the Call Explorer permission set.

          The calling user must have read access to the voice or video call record, even for flows run in the system context.
