          Provided Flow Core Actions

          Perform an action outside of the flow. Choose from Salesforce-provided actions, like Submit for Approval or Send Email, or from your org’s quick actions and local actions. To add one of these actions to your flow, add an Action element. Then, in the Action field, search for the appropriate action.

          • Activate Session-Based Permission Set Action
            Activate a session-based permission set for the running user.
          • Activities: Match Email to Records Actions
            The Activities: Match Email to Records flow provides several core actions for matching emails to relevant records in your Sales Cloud org. To add one of these actions to your flow, make sure that Sync Email as Salesforce Activity is enabled in Einstein Activity Capture. In Flow Builder, add an Action element. Then select Activities: Match Email to Records, and search for the appropriate action.

This action is used in the Process Field Update Suggestions flow as part of Agentforce Pipeline Management.
          • Get Opportunity Content Note Action
            Get the most recent content note data for the specified opportunity record. This action is used in the Get Opportunity Grounding Data flow as part of Agentforce Pipeline Management.

To add one of these actions to your flow, add an Action element. Then select the Commerce category, and search for the appropriate action. Cart actions aren’t available in flows for B2B stores built on an Aura template.
