Remove Members from Quip Chat Action

Remove users from a Quip chat room.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
View supported editions for Quip.

In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the Action field, enter Quip, and select Remove Members from Quip Chat.

Set Input Values

Use values from earlier in the flow to set the inputs for the action.

Input ParameterDescription
Remove Members by Email Address

A list of user emails separated by commas to remove from the chat room. Valid values are:

  • person1@quip.com, person2@quip.com, person3@quip.com
  • person1@quip.com
Chat URL URL of the chat room that you want to remove members from.

Store Output Values

Output Parameter Description
Chat ID ID of the chat room
Chat Link URL of the chat room
Chat Title Title of the chat room
