Creates a Slack channel associated with the Salesforce record selected in your flow. This channel becomes discoverable through other flow actions, record unfurls, and Slack list views.

Creates a Slack channel associated with the Salesforce record selected in your flow. This channel becomes discoverable through other flow actions, record unfurls, and Slack list views.

In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the New Action window, select Slack, and then select Create a Salesforce Channel in Slack.
To use this action, you must connect Salesforce and Slack, and set the Create a Salesforce channel Workflow Builder step in Slack to Everyone. The default Salesforce channel privacy settings or your Slack workspace control the channel type.
