In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the New Action window, select Slack, and then select Look Up a Slack User.
To use this action, you must connect Salesforce and Slack, and the user’s Slack and Salesforce accounts must be mapped.
This behind-the-scenes step is required for adding a user to a channel and sending direct messages to their Salesforce app. For example, you can use the Get Records action to look up a Salesforce user, and then use Look Up a Slack User to find their corresponding Slack user ID. You can store the ID and use it in subsequent Flow actions.
