The Send WhatsApp Message action element sends a WhatsApp message from your Salesforce
CMS to an audience segment. You can configure the action to track clicks and opens, send
messages to your opt-in list, and identify which clicks and opens are real.

Available in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Marketing Cloud
Growth or Advanced Edition.
The Send WhatsApp Message action element is available in automation event-triggered flows,
broadcast flows, on-demand flows, and segment-triggered flows.
The WhatsApp message is sent based on the schedule configured in the Start element. If
multiple Send WhatsApp Message elements are separated by Wait elements, the flow doesn’t
send the WhatsApp message until the Wait conditions are met.
Set Input Values
Select the segment from the campaign record or from the flow’s Start element. You can
customize the contents of the WhatsApp message from the campaign record.

WhatsApp
The WhatsApp message content to send.
This field is populated with the
WhatsApp content that was created and published with either a WhatsApp template or
a session message. To use content from your CMS content workspace, remove the
WhatsApp message from this field.
Sender
The sender for the WhatsApp message.
Your organization’s WhatsApp business
account and the business phone number that the WhatsApp message is sent
from.
This address is configured in Unified Messaging Setup.
Track Clicks
Optional. If enabled, the flow tracks when recipients click the links that are
included in your message.
Communication Subscription
Optional. If you select a communication subscription, the message is sent only
to recipients who’ve opted in.
