Make Work Accessible to Assigned Users

When an orchestration runs an interactive step, it emails a notification to the assigned user, group, or queue. Credentialed Experience Cloud site visitors can see and access their assigned Flow Orchestration work items on the Orchestration Work Item List object page. Internal users and credentialed Experience Cloud site visitors complete their assigned work in the Work Guide.

• Add Orchestrator Work Item List Object Page to Experience Cloud
  Extend orchestration work access to external users through your Experience Cloud site. Credentialed visitors can view and manage their assigned work items just like internal users.
• Make Assigned Work Items Accessible on a Record Page
  Add the Orchestration Work Guide component to the record page layouts for record types referenced by interactive steps. Configure the component so that assigned users can access and complete their work items.
• Make Assigned Work Items Accessible on an Experience Cloud Site
  Add the Orchestration Work Guide component to object detail pages in your Aura and LWR Experience Cloud sites for record types related to interactive steps. Configure the component so that assigned credentialed site visitors can access and complete their work items.
