            Control Orchestration Work Item Email Notifications for Queue Members

            Control who is sent orchestration work item email notifications when an interactive step is assigned to a queue.

            Required Editions

            View supported editions for Flow Orchestration.
            User Permissions Needed
            To edit process automation settings: Customize Application
            Note
            Note The Send orchestration work item queue emails only to queue members setting has no effect if role hierarchy isn’t enabled. It also has no effect if the Stop Sending Orchestration Work Item Email Notifications setting is enabled.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, search for and select Process Automation Settings.
            2. To limit orchestration work item email notifications to only queue members, select Send orchestration work item queue emails only to queue members.
            3. To send orchestration work item email notifications to queue members and individuals above the queue members in the role hierarchy, deselect Send orchestration work item queue emails only to queue members.
