Enable the Licensing Events Feature

Control when licensing events occur by specifying peak business hours and heavy traffic periods to optimize licensing event timing.

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions
  1. Create a permission set for the ManageOnDemandProvisioning user perm.
  2. Decide which users set the blockout hours and dates for your org. Add those users to the ManageOnDemandProvisioning permission set, including yourself.
  3. To make the feature available for users in the ManageOnDemandProvisioning perm set, go to the Setup | Company Settings | Licensing Events page and use the toggle to turn on Licensing Events.
