The Unmetered Platform Developer and Admin AI User permission set license provides access to unmetered Agentforce Vibes and certain AI-powered developer and admin tools. Unmetered usage doesn’t consume Flex credits.

Before assigning the Unmetered Platform Developer and Admin AI User permission set license to users, turn on the feature and assign users access to it. For specific setup steps, see the feature’s help.
After turning on the feature and assigning user access, give users unmetered usage of the supported feature.

Keep these considerations in mind as you assign the Unmetered Platform Developer and Admin AI User permission set license.
In addition, for each feature using the Unmetered Platform Developer and Admin AI User permission set license, make sure to assign all other required permissions.
