View Your Org’s User Licenses
You can view your active licenses through either the Company Information page in Setup, or the Digital Wallet License Utilization tab.
License Viewing Options
Both license viewing options require that a Salesforce admin assigns you the appropriate user permission to view the license information. Which method you select to view license information depends on the depth and timeliness of the information you require.
- The Company Information page in Setup provides a simple, point-in-time list of license names and License Utilization information.
- The Digital Wallet License Utilization page provides license details in real-time. You can see which licenses are associated with each product, eliminating the guesswork of matching what you purchased to what licenses are currently active in your org. Furthermore, License Utilization is designed as a strategic tool that will evolve to provide actionable insights to help you optimize your Salesforce investment over time.
To get a comprehensive look at your Salesforce footprint, you can view, manage, and analyze utilization for both licenses and consumption-based products in Digital Wallet.
