            Agentforce for Flow Is Now Beta

            The capabilities to create, summarize, and evolve a flow with Agentforce have moved from generally available back to beta. After the generally available launch, these features didn't consistently deliver the accuracy needed for complex workflows. These capabilities remain accessible in Flow Builder while improvements to performance and reliability are underway.

            Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Foundations or Agentforce 1 Editions. This change also applies to Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience in Professional (with API access add-on), Performance, Enterprise, Unlimited editions with the MuleSoft for Flow: Integration add-on license and Agentforce 1 editions. Verify Agentforce 1 edition feature availability with your account executive.

            Note Agentforce for Flow is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

            How: To create, summarize, and evolve a flow with Agentforce, go to the Process Automation Settings page in Setup and select Agentforce flow automation (Beta).
