Salesforce encrypts data, keeps it separate, and honors user privacy settings. Admins can
exclude or delete data to meet compliance needs.
Data moves from the email system to the Activity Platform Hyperforce infrastructure, where
it’s protected by the same safeguards as Salesforce platform data. Admins manage retention,
exclusion, and sharing settings to align with company policies.
