            Configure the Sales Record Creation Subagent to Generate Sales Contacts or Person Accounts

            By default, the Sales Record Creation subagent includes the Create Sales Leads action. You can change the topic to generate contacts or person accounts instead.

            Required Editions

            1. On the Agentforce Agents setup page, open the agent that you want to use for contact or person account creation in Agentforce Builder.
            2. If the agent is active, deactivate it.
            3. On the Subagents tab, select Sales Record Creation.
            4. In Subagent Configuration, click New Version.
            5. Click New, and select Create Sales Contact or Create Sales Person Account action.
            6. Remove the Create Sales Lead action.
            7. Save your changes. These changes apply only to this agent.
