Before you turn on Campaign Member Sync, make sure that the prospects you want to sync are assigned to users. Next, turn on Connected Campaigns, and then return to Account Engagement Settings to turn on Campaign Member Sync.
Allow some time for campaign members to show up in Salesforce campaigns.
To sync all prospects for all of your connected campaigns at the same time, manually refresh Campaign Member Sync. A sync refresh can help resolve issues with missing or outdated campaign members.
If your business unit has fewer than 500,000 prospects and 2,500 connected campaigns, you can manually refresh the Campaign Member Sync every 7 days.
