            Turn On Contact Intelligence View

            To let your users view contact activities, take action, and update records, all in one place, turn on the Contact Intelligence View.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To set up contacts: Modify Application
            Tip

            1. From Setup, enter Contact Intelligence View in the Quick Find box, then select Contact Intelligence View Setup.
            2. Turn on Contact Intelligence View.
            3. Add the Intelligence View button to your Contact List View button layout.
            4. To get the most out of Contact Intelligence View, turn on Einstein Activity Capture.
