            Enable Negative Quantities for Order Products

            To let your sales team add order products with quantities of less than zero, enable negative quantities.

            Required Editions

            Available in: both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience
            Available in: Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To modify order settings: Customize Application
            1. From Setup, enter Order Settings in the Quick Find box, then select Order Settings.
            2. Make sure that Enable Orders is selected.
            3. Select Enable Negative Quantity.
            4. Save your changes.

            If Enable Negative Quantity is disabled, your sales team can’t add order products with negative quantities or activate orders that have order products with negative quantities. But your sales team can still view and edit order products that have negative quantities.
