            Control If Users Can Enter Their Own Sales Email Prompt Instructions

            Salesforce admins can control if anyone can enter instructions for Einstein to use in creating a unique draft email. This feature is on by default.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available with the Einstein for Sales add-on, which is available for an extra cost in Performance and Unlimited Editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To enable and disable organization-wide settings

            Customize Application

            AND

            Modify All Data
            1. In Setup, enter Einstein for Sales and select Einstein for Sales.
            2. Disable the setting Add Email Prompt Instructions.
              Draft an email with Einstein
              No one in your organization can enter their own email instructions for using generative AI to create a draft email. Pre-made instructions are still available.
