          Who Can Apply Manager Judgments in Pipeline Forecasts

          Forecast judgments at the opportunity level provide an assessment about the opportunities that the forecast owner feels confident to close during the forecast period. Your system settings and your place in the forecast hierarchy determines if you can view and make judgments.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Professional, Performance, and Developer Editions and in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Sales

          Role-Based Forecasts

          Review who can view your forecast and who can view and apply judgments to opportunities in your forecast. The details in this table apply to role-based forecasts only.

          Review who can view your territory forecast and who can view and apply judgments to opportunities in your territory. The details in this table apply for territory forecasts only.

          Another territory’s forecast manager Yes, if the territory is above the territory in the hierarchy. View only if the user is the forecast manager and the territory is above your territory in the hierarchy.

Yes, if you selected View and Edit as the access level when you shared the forecast and the shared user is a forecast manager. If you granted view-only access, then the shared user can only view judgments

          Only if:

          • The territory has no forecast manager assigned.
          • You’re assigned to the territory.

Yes, if the user selected View and Edit as the access level when they shared the forecast, and the shared user is a forecast manager. If they granted view-only access, then the shared user can only view judgments.
