          Set Up Forecast Guidance Agent Action

          Use generative AI to give sales managers clear insight into how their sales reps are performing. When users ask an agent how a specific sales rep is doing, the Get Forecast Guidance action calculates how that rep is tracking to meet their quota and identifies any risky deals.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with the Einstein for Sales add-on
          User Permissions Needed
          To set up Get Forecast Guidance:

          Manage Agentforce Default Agent

          OR

          Customize Application

          OR

          Modify Metadata

          Note
          Note Users must have Salesforce Forecasting set up to use the Get Forecast Guidance action. See Set Up Salesforce Forecasting.

          If you were previously using the Forecast Guidance User permission, remove it from any custom permission sets.

          1. Set Up Agents.
          2. Add the Forecast Sales Revenue topic, which includes the Get Forecast Guidance action, to your agent. See Add a Topic to Your Agent.
          3. From Setup, enter Permission Sets in the Quick Find box, and then select Permission Sets.
          4. Click Assign Permission Sets.
          5. Select the Run Flows user permission set.
          6. Click Manage Assignments and then Add Assignments. Assign the permission set to users and click Assign.
