            Find the Migration Tool in Your Lightning Sync Settings

            Kick off the Lightning Sync migration tool from your Lightning Sync Setup page and familiarize yourself with the migration process.

            Required Editions

            User Permissions Needed
            To access the Lightning Sync migration tool:

            Manage Users

            AND

            Manage Lightning Sync
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Sync. Then, if your company uses Microsoft Exchange, select Outlook Integration and Sync. Or, if your company uses Google, select Gmail Integration and Sync.
            2. In the Lightning Sync section, click Migrate Now. You can see the migration tool only if your org meets the migration requirements,

            After you familiarize yourself with the steps and start the process, follow the prompts and run the readiness check. It makes sure that you’re set up for a smooth migration.
