Opportunities: What’s Different or Not Available in the Salesforce Mobile App
Not every Lightning Experience feature is in the Salesforce mobile app. Find out what’s different.
- The Subtotal field on an opportunity product isn’t available in the Salesforce mobile app.
- When you add or edit an opportunity product in the Salesforce mobile app, the Quantity field doesn’t prepopulate with a default value of 1. In the Salesforce desktop site, the Quantity field prepopulates automatically to the value of 1. In the mobile app, you enter a Quantity value manually.
- The Team Member Access action isn’t available in the Salesforce mobile app.
- The Split Amount field isn’t available in the Salesforce mobile app, and the other opportunity splits fields are read-only.
- You can’t change an opportunity’s price book in the Salesforce mobile app, but you can relate a price book to an opportunity that doesn’t have a price book.
- You can edit only one opportunity at a time in the Salesforce mobile app. The multiline editor isn’t available.
- Clone with Related isn’t available in the Salesforce mobile app.
- You can’t create a product schedule in the Salesforce mobile app, but you can edit or delete a product schedule that was created on the desktop site.
