Maintain Your Users’ Opportunity Teams
Add, remove, or replace multiple opportunity team members at a time. Update member roles and access.

If a team member you want to remove has a split greater than 0%, first reassign the split.
- In Setup, use the Quick Find box to find Mass Reassign Opportunity Teams.

Specify your changes by following the steps.
- Select the appropriate account access for new or changed team members. Then complete any custom fields included in the opportunity team page layout.
- To remove an opportunity’s owner from splits calculations, assign a split of 0%, or transfer the opportunity to another user.
Suppose that you remove a team member assigned to a revenue split or other opportunity split that must total 100%. The member’s percentage is transferred to the opportunity owner. - Review the number of changed records, and then click Done.
