- From your personal settings in Salesforce, search for Salesforce for Outlook. Then click View My Configuration.
- Depending on your permissions, you can:
- Save your changes. All changes take effect the next time your data syncs. Return to your original settings anytime by clicking Revert to default at the top of your modified configuration. Your administrator can change your settings as needed.

See the matching criteria your administrator assigned to you. - Specify Which Salesforce Fields Sync to Microsoft® Outlook®
Depending on your Salesforce for Outlook permissions, map fields from the Salesforce records you sync to Outlook.
