Adding a prospect to a cadence streamlines your outreach efforts by automating and
scheduling communications. It helps make sure that follow-ups are consistent and timely without
requiring manual effort for each interaction. This structured approach saves time, as it allows
you to manage multiple prospects simultaneously with a uniform strategy.
Required Editions
Make sure that Prospecting Center is enabled.
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available with Sales Engagement, which is included with Sales in
Performance, Unlimited Editions, Agentforce 1 Edition, and
available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions.
Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service and Lightning
Platform.
Important Prospecting Center is scheduled for retirement in all
Salesforce orgs as of April, 2026. For existing customers, Prospecting Center remains
available till April 2027.
User Permissions

To enable users to access the Prospecting Center app:

To access the Sales Engagement app and create and edit Quick Cadences:
Create and Edit Quick Cadences
Click App Launcher, type Prospecting Center, and then click Prospecting
Center.
The Prospecting Center app opens in a new tab.
Find the prospect that you want to add to a cadence, either by segments or scores.
To add one prospect to a cadence:
Click
to open the account in the side panel.
Click Add to Cadence. All the related prospects appear.
Select the prospects that you want to add to a cadence.
Use the dropdown to select a cadence.
Click Add.
To add multiple prospects to a cadence:
Select all the prospects that you want to add to a cadence.
Click Add to Cadence.
All related prospects appear.
Select the prospects that you want to add to a cadence.
