          Configure Segments, set up scoring rules, and give user permissions so that users can act on the most accurate and data-driven prospects.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available with Sales Engagement, which is included with Sales in Performance, Unlimited Editions, Agentforce 1 Edition, and available for an extra cost in Professional and Enterprise Editions. Sales Engagement is also available for an extra cost in Service and Lightning Platform.
          Important
          Important Prospecting Center is scheduled for retirement in all Salesforce orgs as of April, 2026. For existing customers, Prospecting Center remains available till April 2027.
          • Set Up Scoring Rules for Prospecting Center
            Prioritize your work and spend time on prospects that are likely to be the best fit for you. You can set up Account Scoring only when you turn on Prospecting Center. When you set up scoring rules, you're defining the criteria based on which your Engagement, Fit, Intent, and your overall Account scores are calculated.
          • Give Users Access to Prospecting Center
            For sales reps to access the Prospecting Center app, assign the necessary user permissions and enable the Prospecting Center user app permissions.
          • Modify the Unified Objects
            If you want to change the calculations in Prospecting Center, modify the selected Unified Individual and Unified Account objects.
